General Professional Standards

AAA City Removalist commits to the following at all times:

  • Conduct our business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Present a professional image in all interactions with customers
  • Ensure our website, advertising, and quotations accurately represent the services we provide
  • Maintain all marketing and online presence to a high professional standard
  • Actively encourage and maintain genuine customer reviews and feedback
  • Address customer enquiries, concerns, disputes, or insurance claims promptly and fairly
  • Ensure that all staff actions reflect positively on AAA City Removalist and the removals industry

Vehicles, Equipment & Insurance

To protect your belongings and ensure safety, we guarantee:

  • Supply of the correct size vehicle(s) suitable for each move
  • Proper planning to ensure properties are vacated on time, especially for sold properties with strict key-exchange deadlines
  • All vehicles are:
    1. Roadworthy and well maintained
    2. Fully registered, insured, and compliant with Australian regulations
  • Continuous and unbroken cover of:
    1. Goods in Transit Insurance
    2. Public Liability Insurance
    3. Employee Liability / Workers Compensation
  • All drivers are:
    1. Fully licensed
    2. Authorised and insured to operate the assigned vehicle
  • No vehicle is ever operated overweight or unsafely

Staff Conduct & Compliance

We ensure that:

  • All staff are trained, experienced, and professional
  • Staff behave in a polite, respectful, and courteous manner at all times
  • No conduct by our team brings disrepute to AAA City Removalist
  • All operations comply with applicable workplace safety, driving hours, and fatigue management regulations

Transparent & Ethical Quoting

When providing quotes, AAA City Removalist commits to:

  • Providing clear, detailed, and transparent quotes in writing or via email
  • Ensuring pricing reflects the quality, professionalism, and reliability of our service
  • We will send an email disclosing any potential extra charges
  • Clearly outlining:
    1. Services included
    2. Any exclusions or assumptions
    3. Terms & Conditions
  • Making our Terms & Conditions easily available to customers
  • Honouring all agreed services exactly as quoted
  • Maintaining open and honest communication before, during, and after the move

On the Day of the Move

On moving day, you can expect us to:

  • Arrive on time, or notify you in advance if delays are unavoidable
  • Provide clean, well-presented staff
  • Use clean, organised vehicles equipped with:
    1. Furniture blankets
    2. Necessary general tools as outlined in our booking confirmation
    3. Protective wrapping
    4. Straps and padding appropriate for your move
  • Handle all items with care, respect, and attention to detail
  • Treat your property — both old and new — as if it were our own.

Customer Satisfaction & Accountability

Our commitment doesn’t end when the move is complete:

Our 30-minute call-out fee applies to suburbs within a 30km radius of our depot. For outside of our depot radius and long distance areas, a higher call-out fee and fuel levy applies. In some instances, due to availability, prices, minimum hours, travel time & fuel levy may be charged at a higher rate.
